2. Services

DadVantage Men’s Health provides men’s health services including hormonal and metabolic evaluation, consultation, and personalized care plans. Clinical services are provided only after establishment of a clinician–patient relationship, evaluation of appropriate clinical information, and, where required, an in-person or compliant telehealth visit.

3. The Site is not medical advice

The content on this Site — articles, service descriptions, FAQs, and other educational material — is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

No clinician–patient relationship is formed by visiting this Site, submitting a form, or corresponding with our team. A clinician–patient relationship is established only after you are accepted as a patient and have signed the required consent documents.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or our services. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and that you are using the Site in compliance with all applicable laws.
