At a Glance: Who, What, Where, How
- What it is. Physician-supervised medical weight loss using GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) plus B12 or niacinamide support, delivered as a concierge program with regular check-ins, dose titration, and side-effect management by Chad Henderson, APRN, NP-BC.
- Who it’s for. Men with a BMI of 27 or higher, or 25 with a metabolic concern, who want a clinician-led approach rather than an anonymous compounding pharmacy. Final candidacy is determined after a complete medical history and recent labs.
- Where. Concierge telehealth across Florida with in-home check-ins available in Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch.
- How it’s priced. Cash pay only, no insurance billing. Medication pricing varies by drug and dose. We will quote your actual cost before you start.
- What to expect. Most men see 5 to 15 percent body weight reduction over 6 to 12 months when GLP-1 therapy is paired with protein-forward eating, strength training, and adequate sleep.

Who This Is For. And Who It Isn’t.
A good fit for
- Men with a BMI of 27 or higher, or 25 plus a metabolic concern like prediabetes, fatty liver, or high blood pressure.
- Men who have tried structured eating and training and still cannot move the needle on body composition.
- Men who want a real clinician guiding dose titration and managing side effects, not an automated mail-order subscription.
- Men willing to keep training, eating with intent on protein, and following up regularly. The medication is leverage, not a substitute.
Not the right fit if
- You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2). GLP-1 medications carry a black-box warning for these conditions.
- You have a history of pancreatitis or active gallbladder disease without evaluation.
- You are looking for a quick aesthetic fix without the supporting work. GLP-1 therapy without strength training and protein leads to muscle loss, which is the opposite of the body composition outcome most men want.
- You are not willing to monitor for nausea, fatigue, or other titration side effects in the early weeks. We can slow the ramp, but you have to communicate.
Final candidacy and any specific medication decisions are made by Chad Henderson, APRN, NP-BC, only after a complete medical history, current symptoms, and recent labs are reviewed.
